Digital filter
Digital filters should be able to surpress the impuls which is to
be filtered with stronger flank than normal filters do. It is a
common fact that a polluted net has influences the reproduction
of signals in digital equipments in an extremely negative way. The
less interferences occur in the entry and exit modules of a CD/DVD-player,
the more effective is the digitalized preparation of signals. This
process reflects a colorful picture of sound, free from distortions.
Unfortunately, acute peaks of the impulse
are modulated back into the mains by digital appliance via the
power chord. At this stage, further components, such as input
stage, amplifier etc. are charged again with these pollutions.
In this case, only a power line system with a very high quality
of retroactive damping effect can solve this problem.
An ideal High-End power line filter is characterized by its balance
between utmost filter quality and maintenance of dynamics. Still,
in many cases of HIFI power line filters, this compromise is not
adjusted adequately to the HIFI System. For cost effective reasons,
too, it should be avoided to employ electronics with low efficiency
or even industry net filters in a HIFI chain. .
The DSS NZ 1600 Digital is the most efficient net filter and retroactive
cleanser for digital equipment such as CD, DVD etc. You will be
rewarded with an extremely calm and colorful sound picture.
